Past Training Courses
Chapel Hill, NC 2008
Emergent Game Technologies held several Gamebryo Training Courses in Chapel Hill in 2008. The 2 and 3 day courses were at maximum capacity, promting Emergent to scedule two more training sessions in January 2009. One of the two will be on the west coast for the first time in Emergent's corporate office in Calabasas, CA.
Seoul, Korea June 2008
Gamebryo's first technical training and seminar held in Seoul, Korea was a huge success! With help from our Korean distributor, Gamebase, we had 265 attendees. The seminar was led by Valery Carpentier, our Worldwide Gamebryo Expert, and the presentation included a full overview of our newest version of Gamebryo (Gamebryo 2.5), the showing of several Gamebryo demos and a comprehensive Q & A session.
John Goodale, General manager of Asian operations for Emergent Game Technologies, gave a brief presentation on Emergent's growth in Asia. Gamebase's Sales Manager also spoke about Emergent's business specifically in Korea: more than 100 licenses to more than 90 developers in the past five yeas alone!
